FullClaim Restoration was founded in 2026 by co-owners Nicholas Mullaney and Torric McKinley, backed by more than a decade of Oklahoma City–area exterior-restoration experience. The name reflects the commitment: we file the full claim, get homeowners the fair settlement they're entitled to, and restore the property to pre-storm condition.

The Oklahoma homeowners insurance market has tightened significantly since 2021. Carriers face higher hail-loss frequency than almost anywhere in the country, and the response has been stricter underwriting, higher deductibles, and tighter claim-scope discipline at the adjuster level. The result for OKC homeowners is that the first check rarely covers the full restoration cost.

That's where we come in. We document every damaged component the carrier should cover — including the ones the adjuster missed on the first walk — and pursue supplements when the initial scope underpays.
