Terms of Service

1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the FullClaim Restoration website and the services we provide. By using the site or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.
2. Website use
You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify the content without our written permission. The site and its contents are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update or remove content from the site at any time.
3. Inspections, estimates, and proposals
Free inspections produce a written condition report and, where applicable, a recommendation on whether work is needed. Inspections do not constitute a binding offer to perform work; any work we perform is governed by a separate signed contract that specifies scope, pricing, materials, timeline, and warranty.
Estimates and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing. Material costs may change after that 30-day window and a revised estimate may be required.
4. Insurance claim work
For projects involving an insurance claim, we coordinate with your designated insurance carrier on documentation, scope, and supplement filing. We are not insurance agents or public adjusters. We do not represent your interests against your carrier in a legal capacity; the contractor scope of work, supplement filings, and adjuster meetings are conducted as part of completing your project, not as a separate professional service.
You remain responsible for paying your insurance deductible. Any insurance proceeds paid to you for the project are to be paid to FullClaim Restoration as part of the project payment, less the deductible amount.
5. Payment terms
Payment terms are specified in the project contract. For insurance-funded projects, payment is typically made in stages tied to project completion milestones (deposit, mid-project, completion). For owner-paid projects, payment terms are specified in the project contract.
Past-due invoices may be subject to interest at the maximum rate allowed by Oklahoma law.
6. Workmanship warranty
We provide a 5-year workmanship warranty on all installation work performed. The warranty covers defects in our installation. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the homeowner; FullClaim Restoration is not responsible for material defects covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
The workmanship warranty does not cover damage from subsequent storms, normal wear-and-tear, modifications made by other contractors, or damage caused by lack of regular maintenance.
7. Limitation of liability
FullClaim Restoration's total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing law
These terms and any project contracts are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
